I’m interested in what actually changes things.
Humaneering grew out of a simple frustration: personal development can produce an extraordinary amount of thinking without producing much evidence.
Less advice. More useful experiments.
I have spent years exploring business, identity, behaviour, decision-making and personal development. The recurring problem is that a good idea can feel true long before there is any evidence that it works for the person using it.
Humaneering turns that around. Instead of asking you to accept another system, we turn the idea into a hypothesis and run a test.
The aim is not to become dependent on an adviser. It is to become better at seeing your own assumptions, designing useful actions and learning from the result.
Experiment Partner, not guru.
I deliberately prefer Experiment Partner to coach or mentor. A coach can sound as though they already know the answer. An experiment partner helps you discover the answer by testing the assumptions underneath the problem.
A session is designed for something real and current: a decision you keep avoiding, a business idea you cannot quite commit to, a habit that refuses to stick, or a goal that has become buried under too much thinking.
You bring the stuck point.
I help you leave with:
What are we actually trying to change?
What belief is currently driving your behaviour?
What can you do in the real world rather than think about?
What evidence would tell us what to do next?
No package required. Start with one real problem and one experiment.
Humaneering lives inside RichLab.
RichLab is the wider home for practical experiments, business tools and ways of turning uncertainty into something you can test. Humaneering applies that same mindset to the person running the experiment.
